Hi there, G.O. readers!
I know it’s been about a week since I’ve last checked in. I’ve been a busy bee–flitting here and there. I’ve been working on The Missy Show and Missy’s Blog (though I haven’t written there since Saturday). I’ve been working on my book. I’ve been prepping for the delivery of new furniture and decorating the house. And I’ve been working on working through work (with work being my job). Got that?
We’ve been super busy today; which brings me to the point of this post: I was sitting in my cube, minding my own business, trying to assist some clients, when all of a sudden this dude passes by staring me all in the face. So since he seemed to be so entranced, I went ahead and acknowledged him and said hi. Instead of speaking back, he just keeps staring as he passes on by. Weirdo. I know I can be weird myself, but I’ve never gotten the point of a guy just staring at you and then when you speak to them, they remain silent and just keep staring. I would have said maybe he was shy, but why not just look away then?
Ok. That was my random pondering of the day. Join me next time to find out what I’ll be pondering about next time. No, seriously, I’m hoping my next entry will have more substance. We’ll see.
