Happy Sunday, G.O. Readers!
This will be a short and sweet post, (maybe). I was supposed to have done another blog entry last week, besides my recipe review, but got caught up in some other “life” activities; but I’m here today, coming at you, with a post for those of you who share my passion for Bath and Body Works.
Today is the first day of their semi-annual sale, (online)! Yay! The sale starts in stores, tomorrow. I always get excited about this, because I can stock up on some Christmas gifts. I also buy a few little morsels for myself too.
If you don’t already know, I adore their Brown Sugar and Fig fragrance. It’s warm. It’s rich. It’s fragrant. It’s awesome.
Now don’t get me wrong, as much as I love Brown Sugar and Fig, Brown Sugar and Fig doesn’t always love me–my sinuses, in particular; so unfortunately I can’t wear it all the time, like I used to. That’s okay, though, because, really, I’m mainly interested in the body wash. Lotions and body sprays take years for me to use all the way up. If you want to ever give me some lotion and body spray, however, I’m not gonna turn it down. I just use them very sparingly, (partly, because I don’t get ashy too often, and partly because my nose can’t take too much scent layering).
I’m also excited to see that Bath and Body brought their Tutti Dolci brand back. I used to love to bathe in this mocha chocolate, scented, body wash from this brand, that used to be around in like, 2005/2006. I was sad to see they discontinued it, not long after I’d found it. I love the food scented body washes and lotions, (which is what this brand offered–and looks like they still do). I have no idea when they brought this brand back, (packaging is of course, different), but I hope they smell as good as they used to.
