Happy Thursday, G.O. Readers!

I was trying to be patient and wait until closer to the end of the month, or July 1st, to post this year’s Christmas in July program line up; but I decided I wanted to do an upbeat post.  My last one was more philosophical, and since I have two more of those already written, that I’ll be posting within the next few days, I wanted to insert a more fun topic in between them. 

Don’t worry, I still have more recipes to discuss too.  Oh, and I found two new lemon cake recipes.  I’m thinking of trying one of those for the 4th of July; but more about that coming up in a later post…
