Happy Sunday, G.O. Readers!
I can’t believe October is nearly half-way gone, and this is my first post of the month! What have I been doing? This is my favorite month, and my favorite time of year. Why have I been sleeping on this?
I think a big part of it has been because this is a very active time of year for me over on my Missy Show blog, and on The Missy Show, itself. During the month of October, we have our weekly October Pet Spooktacular episodes, and this year we’re also doing Featured Creature blog posts every Friday in October. So, I think in the process of writing and researching episodes and blog posts for the Pet Spooktacular stuff, posts for Girl October got sort of pushed to the side. Sorry for that. It’s challenging sometimes, trying to balance both endeavors, but I’m back, and ready to rock and roll, over here.
Tomorrow, I’m going to go ahead and post my Halloween, This or That’s. I was thinking about waiting until closer to Halloween, but I thought, no, it would be better to do it now to really enjoy and ponder over the things that make this time of year special to me, (and you). I’ve also got the schedule for the upcoming Hallmark Christmas Movies. I could save this one for around Thanksgiving time or like December 1st, but I know some of you may be like me, and get kind of excited about new Christmas news, (even in October), so I’ll go ahead and post it in a few days, and might repost in December for anyone who may miss it.
With each passing day, we’re also getting closer to Black Friday. I’ll also have an upcoming post on where to get the scoop on Black Friday deals before the big day comes. And even before that, I’m excited to share with you guys some neat merchandise and ideas from my Dollar Tree, October-December catalog, (yes, they do have a catalog, if you sign up for their Value Seekers Club online).
