Halloween This or That

Posted on October 16, 2017February 7, 2019 by Girl October

Happy Monday, my fellow October travelers!

I hope everyone’s morning is off to an awesome start so far.  As promised, here is today’s, Halloween rendition of This or That.  Last month, we did an Autumn edition, now let’s get into some scary!!!  Ready?  Cool.  Come along if you dare…

1.  Scary costume or silly?

2.  Hand out candy, or pretend you’re not home?

3.  Do you keep some of the Halloween candy, or give it all away?

4.  Still watch It’s the Great Pumpkin, or “No way, that’s kids stuff!”?

5.  Did you trick or treat as a child, or stayed home?

6.  Do you attend Halloween parties or chill out at home?

7.  “Hocus Pocus” or “The Nightmare Before Christmas”?

8.  Do you prefer to be scared or scare others?

9.  Do you decorate for Halloween, or no?

10.  Do you celebrate Halloween, or no way in heck?

11.  Do you hand out treats for those with food allergies too, or just traditional candy?

12.  Candy corn:  Gross or tasty?

13.  Ghosts:  Real or fake?

14.  Haunted houses or Corn mazes?

15.  Masks only or Full-on costumes?

16.  Most badass horror villain:  Michael Myers, Jason, or Freddy Krueger?

17.  Graveyards:  Scary or Peaceful?

18.  Scary movies on Halloween night?  Yay or Nay?

19.  Does your neighborhood get Trick-or-Treaters?  Yes or No?

20.  Classic horrors films or modern horror?

My answers:

1.  Silly.
2.  We hand out candy.
3.  We keep some of it.
4.  Still watch it, when I remember to.
5.  As a smaller kid, I stayed home.  Went out around 13.
6.  Chill out at home, (after Trick-or-treating with the kids).
7.  Neither really, but if I had to pick, The Nightmare Before Christmas.
8.  Scare others, (not that that’s my thing, but if I had to pick).
9.  Yes, we decorate.
10.  Yes, we celebrate it, (so far).
11.  We plan to hand out for food allergies too, this year.
12.  Gross (lol)
13.  Real (or even if it’s not really deceased people–it’s something supernatural).
14.  Corn mazes, (though I’d be afraid I couldn’t get out).
15.  Full costumes for me…
16.  Freddy Krueger, (he could kill you in your dreams for goodness sake!)
17.  Both.
18.  If it’s a Friday or Saturday night.
19.  Yes, plenty.
20.  Classic, (which for me now includes 70’s and 80’s horror).  They were scarier without special effects.

Thanks for checking out my Halloween rendition of This or That.  Be sure to share your answers in the comments.  There’ll be more This or That’s coming up for Thanksgiving and Christmas, too; so stay tuned!

Until next post,

Bless Your October Souls!
