Happy Saturday night, people.
I hope all of you have had an awesome weekend so far. Mine has been pretty great. Today, my niece and I did part two of our Bed, Bath, and Beyond “fab fall finds.”
We also went to Old Tyme Pottery and got some good pics of their fall and Halloween merch (although I thought we were too late because they have a lot of Christmas decorations front and center, and fall and Halloween have been pushed further back). But I’ll save Old Tyme Pottery for my next post, (even though I think I need to do Michael’s first).
Okay, I touched on these a little bit a few posts back, with a few pics and a display of my irrational desire to buy them all. I just love these glass pumpkins that BB and B sells! Some of the color designs aren’t as cute as others, but I still adore them for the most part. So, here are some others I got pictures of. I think they’re an awesome find for someone who isn’t looking for rustic, country, or traditional autumn decorations, but instead wants a more classy, upscale, look.
Okay, I know…
Enough with the glass pumpkins! Did I look at anything else, you ask? Yep. I looked at this pillow, for one–and I want it:
I kind of like the idea of this maize/corn for Thanksgiving decorations (which is still fall time). It could work if you have a cornucopia centerpiece, or to even put in a basket on your table:
Now for some Halloween stuff…
Okay, let’s veer again from the gothic, back to the cutesy side of Halloween. I think this “Pumpkin man” nutcracker is adorable. I want two now!
These guys are still on the cutesy, mild side of Halloween decor. They’re not my style, but if you’re into figurines and what-nots, you may want to scoop them up…
And if you’re into wrought iron decor, items like these guys, might be right up your alley:
Okay, guys! That’s it for Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Overall, I liked their fall/Halloween decor. The glass pumpkins and some of their autumn signs and pillows are what really stand out to me. They also have some nice fall candles that I forgot to get pictures of. So, yes, I would definitely say you should check them out! And even if you don’t go in for the fall stuff, they have really great household stuff and cute dining sets, and drawers, and lamps and pretty mirrors, and…
I think you get the point.
Michael’s and Old Tyme Pottery reviews coming later this week…
