Mid-Year Motivation, Affirmations, and Tips for Finishing 2023 Strong

We’re nearly at the mid-way point of 2023.  Woo-hoo!  Give yourself a pat on the back for making it this far.  If you’re anything like me, I know it can sometimes feel as though you haven’t made the progress you’d hoped for by the time June rolls around.  Somehow the fiery motivation that propelled your actions in January dwindled down to nil just a few weeks into the year (which happens to the best of us).  If that’s your story, no need to panic.  I’m here to help you change it.  Take a deep breath. There’s still time to get back on track and pick back up your momentum for the rest of 2023.  Just check out these tips and affirmations to get started:

  1. Reflect on Your Progress: Take time to reflect on the goals, intentions, and plans you set at the beginning of the year. Celebrate the progress you’ve made and acknowledge the milestones you’ve achieved. Use this reflection as motivation to continue moving forward.

  2. Realign Your Priorities: Assess if your current priorities align with your long-term vision and values. Are there any adjustments or realignments needed? Take this opportunity to refocus your energy on what truly matters to you and let go of anything that no longer serves your growth and happiness.
